Day 1: Casablanca Airport – Rabat

Upon arrival at Casablanca International Airport, you will be welcomed and driven directly to the capital, Rabat. We will visit the Hassan Tower, the Mohammed V Mausoleum, and the picturesque Kasbah of the Udayas. Enjoy your first Moroccan sunset on the Rabat seashore. Overnight in Rabat.

Day 2: Rabat – Assilah – Tangier

After breakfast, drive up the Atlantic coast to the artistic town of Assilah. Enjoy free time to walk its small medina and old harbor. Continue to Tangier to visit the dramatic Hercules Caves and the scenic Achakar beach. Overnight in Tangier.

Day 3: Tangier – Tetouan – Chefchaouen

Day 4: Explore Chefchaouen

A full free day to immerse yourself in the relaxed, blue-washed atmosphere of Chefchaouen. Explore its alleys, shops, and viewpoints at your leisure. Overnight in Chefchaouen.

Day 5: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

Travel through the Rif Mountains to the Roman ruins of Volubilis. Explore this UNESCO site before continuing to the imperial city of Meknes to see Bab Mansour and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. Arrive in Fes in the evening. Overnight in Fes.

Day 6: Guided Tour of Fes

With a local guide, discover the ancient medina of Fes. Visit the Royal Palace gates, the Jewish Quarter, the Al-Qarawiyyin University, the famous tanneries, and enjoy a panoramic view. Overnight in Fes.

Day 7: Fes – Ifrane – Boulaajoul

Journey into the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in the alpine-style town of Ifrane and the cedar forests to see Barbary macaques. Continue to the tranquil town of Boulaajoul for check-in and overnight.

Day 8: Boulaajoul – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert

Descend towards the Sahara, passing through Midelt and the breathtaking Ziz Valley. Pass through Erfoud before arriving in Merzouga. Here, ride camels into the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset to your desert camp for dinner and a magical night under the stars.

Day 9: Merzouga Desert Exploration

After a desert sunrise and breakfast, explore by 4×4. Visit Khamlia village for Gnawa music, meet nomadic families, and see desert mines and oases. Return to a hotel at the dunes’ edge for the night.

Day 10: Free Day in Merzouga

Day 11: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley

Bid farewell to the desert, stopping at Rissani’s historic market. Continue to the stunning Todra Gorge for a walk, then on to the dramatic Dades Valley for the night.

Day 12: Dades Valley – Rose Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate
